All Sales Are Final
Due to the bespoke and pre-order nature of our candles, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise and are committed to ensuring you receive a product of the highest quality.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your candle arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Because each candle is made-to-order, cancellations can only be accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after production has started
- Orders placed in error or by accident
- Issues caused by improper handling or storage after delivery
Refund Process
Once your refund claim is approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
